Bravo Networks houses two of the largest networks of independent regional brokers in the UK: Broker Network and Compass.

Our core purpose is to help grow, protect and support our Members, and use our collective strength to help them establish lasting and fruitful relationships with our panel of Insurer Partners. 

We understand that independent means unique and have designed our flexible proposition structure around what Members have told us they need at every stage of their life cycle.

Who We Are

We are strong. Representing over 60% of all UK network membership gives us collective buying power. Our market strength is backed by our parent company, the Ardonagh Group, the principal diversified and independent broking and underwriting group in the UK.

We are responsive. We’re proud of the strong personal relationships we enjoy with each of our Members which drives everything we do. Our flexible, diverse membership model suits every business, from new start-ups right through to established brokerages with multiple offices.

We are specialist. Within the Networks we boast a 150 strong community of professionals; from insurer relations to HR experts and system analysts. Thanks to their diverse range of skills, ideas and backgrounds and their combined expertise, they provide an unparalleled service to our Members.

With shared beliefs and ambitions our aim is to be a trusted advisor to each and every one of our Members.

By fully representing our Members and Insurer Partners and understanding their needs, we recognise and identify opportunities for collaboration and facilitate reaching business goals together.

Jaime Swindle
Managing Director of Networks

Jaime’s key focus is to create innovative value propositions for her broker members.

Having started her insurance journey as an apprentice at a small independent broker, Jaime has a clear strategic vision combined with a firm understanding of the day-to-day challenges faced by brokers. Her career has seen Jaime drive transformation programmes and develop enviable product portfolios that have made a lasting impact. Jaime ran eCommerce development across Europe for ACE European Group; and at NIG she successfully spearheaded an eTrade strategy and established the National Trading Centre for all network and growth brokers.

Scott Bennett
Networks Sales Director

Scott heads up the Networks’ community of Business Development Managers and maintains strong relationships with our Insurer Partners with a consistent focus on effective trading.

With experience in the industry spanning 30 years Scott started his career at a local broker in Doncaster via a YTS scheme. He has built significant industry knowledge and connections through a number of regional and national roles and has worked in the network arena for over 13 years.

Rachel Longbottom
Performance and Service Manager

Rachel’s role is to ensure that our in-house services retain a laser focus on Members’ business needs, and that the Networks’ propositions lead the way in the industry.

Her experience across the financial sector has seen Rachel lead in several change programmes to drive business benefit, including designing and implementing an interactive learning and development platform which won several industry awards.

Jane Bean
Chief Risk Officer

Jane oversees the delivery of the Member Risk and Compliance proposition to ensure a thorough, joined up approach, that keeps pace with the changing regulatory landscape.

Jane has previously held senior positions with businesses including Bluefin Insurance Group and UK General Insurance and has extensive, 30+ years, experience in the insurance industry. Her very practical and pragmatic approach stems from experience in acquisitive firms, integrating acquired brokers and designing and implementing effective risk and compliance frameworks, as well as overseeing major regulatory transformation programmes.
