What is Link?
Link is Bravo Networks’ Learning portal that offers an easy way for your employees to access quality learning material curated by the CII and Bravo Networks on a range of subjects including:
- Introduction to Insurance
- Governance, Risk and Compliance
- Personal Lines
- Commercial Lines
- Insurance Specialisms
- Workplace Skills
How it works
Link can be used to assign annual mandatory learning pathways for all our member’s employees to ensure they can demonstrate minimum levels of competency and knowledge in core areas highlighted in the Insurance Distribution Directive. The system enables you to track completion of these activities whenever you need to over the year.
Hit your CPD requirements
Link automatically records CPD as you complete eLearning activities in the system and allows you to manually upload CPD activities for anything you complete outside of the system, including external training sessions. This helps you to easily track CPD across your business to ensure staff are on track with annual targets.
Tailor learning plans to the individual
You can easily set learning plans for your people and tailor these to their specific responsibilities. This is helpful for new staff, allowing you to set up an induction of specific eLearning modules alongside the due date.
Specific activities can also be assigned to people after completing a skills gap analysis to address specific areas of development across your business.
